Simply Essentials Cilantro Grilled Chicken with Avocado
- 1.5 Pounds Simply Essentials Boneless Chicken Breast
- ¼ Cup Lime Juice 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- Pinch of Salt
- Sliced Avocado
- Combine lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, cumin salt and chicken into large bowl. Add chicken and coat. Cover and let chicken marinade for 15 minutes.
- Grill each side of chicken for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove and top with fresh sliced avocado.
