 INGREDIENTS

1.5 Pounds Simply Essentials Boneless Chicken Breast
¼ Cup Lime Juice 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin
Pinch of Salt
Sliced Avocado

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat grill to medium heat

  1. Combine lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, cumin salt and chicken into large bowl. Add chicken and coat. Cover and let chicken marinade for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill each side of chicken for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Remove and top with fresh sliced avocado.
